Im looking for loop slicer VST in which I could slice sample, then expand each slice (adjust start and end points) so that the slices overlap (like in Ableton Live 'slice to midi' or NI Maschine)

Hmm, I feel most drum machines do this. Battery and XO do to name a few. I'm sure Kontakt could probably do something like this too...

Neither battery nor XO slices samples. Geist and Serato Sample are options for OP's needs.

Ah you are right, I guess I misunderstood. Both let you only adjust start and end times.

Serato sampler can chop beat

Air Transfuser 2 can do more than chopping but the UI is a bit tiny and seems like it is on sale (some one please confirm)

Thanks everyone for replies, I will check the other options over weekend.

I bought it recently (in actual sale) and I must say that this thing is perfect for slicing loops. For oneshots I use XO (another great plugin)
