Bringing this to a public forum is so f***** lame. You waited a whole year even more till the last second to write the review now you complaining they not answer fast enough?

This is something you really should sort out directly with Arturia, follow up your emails, get a definitive answer from them. Bringing it to a public forum with the intention of shaming them is very uncool.

IMHO It's a bit awkward to mention this story publicly. if you would like arturia to answer, you should communicate directly to them.
Readers of this forum can share their opinions about a different aspect: as a user of arturia software are they satisfied or not.
I myself used all of their software at some point, without problems, but later decided to get rid of them, I simply had to narrow my plugin folder.

All arrangements like this come with an NDA, either explicitly or implicitly.
And you think Arturia is going to honor an agreement that you just broke?
Not likely.

Why the rush?
Did you ever consider that Arturia's time is also limited due to the virus and lockdown? Few companies run full power these past months. You are not the only one affected by it.

Hi Rivanni. Thank you for your reply which is commendably polite.
Yes, I understand that, although Gaulthier did answer my first email very quickly and could easily have asked for patience at the time of passing me on to PR, especially as he must have insider knowledge of staffing shortages during the lockdown.
I still feel I waited long enough to hear a response from PR and although I understand my manner is "forthright", it is not because I had no patience at all.

I thought Arturia had already been spanked for astroturfing here. Are they at it again?

So who are you and why do you think your review is worth a NFR license?
So you
Doesn't sound like you actually used even a single instrument in a single track? or made it available somewhere? Just for the sake of it? You only tried them out, which is very time consuming! For a whole year you did NOTHING with them. So why do you think you need a license?
So you
?found the time to at least try each and every instrument in varying degrees of depth

Thinking about it, this goes even deeper: so you had a free temporary license for a year for the whole collection, almost 500 Euros worth - full access, to use without limitation, as much as you like? Just to write a review and upload it on kvr?
Apparently this is not enough and you start to stink that they didn't extend it indefinitely - for free, just in exchange for a review. Here's what, buddy: hire a hitman to find Marion and take her out for not keeping her word to you, then hire a bunch of Chechen terrorists to go and plant a bomb in the company office of those pesky Frenchies. That would teach them a lesson!
Keep yer word, yo!
