The ones I know of is ARC3 and Sonarworks Reference. Use these if you can measure room with a mic.
Are there software that can use no mic and instead use math? Maybe but I don't know.

I spoke with the guys from Sonarworks and they sad their product are just for calibrating, is not providing stuff like reverb measurements feature or stuff like that. But thanks for the ARC!a_Scientist wrote: ↑Tue Aug 11, 2020 2:06 pm The ones I know of is ARC3 and Sonarworks Reference. Use these if you can measure room with a mic.

I picked up the Tract/Smaart Di 2 bundle a while back because I needed to measure one of our labs for a bootstrapped Ambisonics monitoring system. I think I got it during a sale. The bundle does come down in price once in a while, but not as much as the other Waves software. I don't recall ever seeing a sale on the Smaart system itself. It is not necessarily something a consumer would buy due to its very specific focus on acoustic measurement.sebastianlive wrote: ↑Tue Aug 11, 2020 3:28 pmThanks alot man! Can't complain about the software. It is clearly pro-level, you really need to know what you are doing. But once you understand the basic functionality it is extremely powerful. Even though it is not meant to be used that way I even used it for a while in my home studio instead of Sonarworks or ARC (which I own both). I felt that the correction it gave sounded more musical.

That would be overkill. People usually use Room EQ Wizzard for that purpose.

Do you think I can use the mic https://www.thomann.de/intl/sonarworks_xref_20_mic.htm with REW ? Or I need another one?mgw38 wrote: ↑Wed Aug 12, 2020 11:26 am That would be overkill. People usually use Room EQ Wizzard for that purpose.
