Emerging from the dark and distorted side of the moon
I attached a slightly cheerier Fathom sound contribution:

High upon the mountains north of Perilandria lies the Elfen village of Glokrawendell where once a year at the height of the aurora borealis each citizen hangs their family's ancient crystal from the branches of the forest spruce on either side the frozen waterway, and for seven nights under the full moon, amidst the dense smoke of celebration, the chimes play.

Nice music!

I think Fathom sounds very good. I'm happy to have bought it.

Actually, it's Perelandra, but the footing here is not so good,
and Fathom is bleary-eyed from too much coding, so what's
a little spellng issue? For all I know, maybe there is an extra planet with such a title as Perelandria. But since a trilogy is hinted at in a very round-about way, a three-part Perelandran jingle:

Pretty sure it's very close to being released, with any last-minute details being ironed out for a solid new release.

Yes, just last minute stuff, we're very close.
All testing is done and all Trance Warehouse presets are done.
Just checking a few things before the release.

That old issue between Pc and Mac platform has been addressed?
The one that has to do with opening a project made in the other platform not being able to load Fathom synth because of the plugin ID?
That would be great.

FathomSynth wrote: Fri Aug 07, 2020 7:36 pm The reason Dune sounds so incredible, in my opinion, is their detune algorithm.
There is some serious DSP magic going on under the hood in Dune 3 as soon as you detune the oscillator.
You might not only want to rely on pitch variance related stuff, but also phase variance. And not only applied to the intergrated waveshape (the whole spectrum). Since Fathom internally relies on FFT/iFFT, you could do pitch/phase variance on a spectral/harmonic level. This will give you more control over how, how much and where modulation will occur (in the spectrum).FathomSynth wrote: Fri Aug 07, 2020 7:36 pm I plan on experimenting with this in Fathom in the near future but have not yet had time due to the priority of the Intel AVX parallel processing.

Do I need to buy the "Fathom Pro Upgrade" (sale price of $5) if I currently have the 2.32 version?
