I’ve found loads that have a random arp feature but that’s obviously notes. Instead of like to hold down a key and have it spit out random 16th triggers (ie, think a stuttering effect)
I know there are ways to do this in software etc but that’s not what I want. I need it done at source.

cant you change the arp to 1 note?
usually there is a range for the notes, in semis and octaves. set it to 1 and 0 then it would spit out 1 machine gunned note.

That’s what I thought too but it won’t give the stutter effect.
Essentially I want a glitchy 16th trigger.
