Does this happen occasionally?
Sometimes I see similar behavior on FL Studio. Like the GUI is lagging, and also the sound is lagging.

I just downloaded the demo... And I do like the preset browser, but I can't find how to get from the preset browser back to the synth/edit window?
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

Click where you clicked to open the preset browser. On the name of the current preset in the upper left.
It's described in the manual, BTW.

Click on the area with the name of the preset on the top panel to open/close the preset manager.

What I don't understand, BTW, is why Spire always saves another preset in the user bank, when you click on the init button... I now have... Init, Init (1) and Init (2) sounds in the user bank.

Yep, I noticed that too. Also not sure why Spire saves a bunch of presets automatically when I open my older Cubase projects. It creates a bunch of cubase directories with my presets from those tunes.
Is that intention or is that debug code that someone forgot to disable?

Mine use to do that and then it stopped.fgimian wrote: Mon Aug 24, 2020 11:24 am Yep, I noticed that too. Also not sure why Spire saves a bunch of presets automatically when I open my older Cubase projects. It creates a bunch of cubase directories with my presets from those tunes.

Not sure how come.
Only thing I can think is I re-indexed the database.

Do any Cubase users experience the program completely locking up when closing a session containing Spire, or replacing a Spire instance with another VSTi?
Thanks heaps in advance

Hello, I've just downloaded v1.52.
Unfortunately, literally ALL GUI issues are still present, as well as some strange preset change bugs. Also, the search still isn't global... Yes, I've double-checked - I am using v1.52.
What does this update fix exactly?
Preset manager makes it easier to find presets, and the project files are smaller, but I'm very much annoyed by the fact that I cannot recall the bank in which the used preset is located (the same goes for favorite presets). I literally have to type in the bank name into Notepad before saving project! It works fine for SPF2/SPF, but not with SBF and I want to use the banks in their original form.
Is this so difficult to fix? What is the problem?
Did you accidentally publish v1.51 as v1.52? It's the only reasonable explanation.

Ok, hmm how to save the preset?
If i press on edit name and rename it, "save" is greyed out and says "init already exist"
