The most creative of the EZKEYS releases yet, Hybrid Harp is glistening with inspiration with its sound designed presets, unlike anything we have seen from Toontrack.

It's amazing. I just love the way it works. If you give it a poke, ambient music falls out. My favorite EZ Keys expansion so far.

One of the most inspiring s/w instruments I've used!
'Hybrid Harp' has its roots firmly in Scandinavian folk music (Toontrack is a Swedish company, after all) – in particular the 'nyckelharpa' (key harp), a bowed string instrument with fixed intervals. The harmonium, once found in many homes and congregation halls, was used not only for accompanying religious hymns but also for secular entertainment and traditional dancing, often together with a local fiddler on nyckelharpa or violin.
The occarina, often called 'clay cucko' in the south of Sweden, is also the signature instrument of the town of Ängelholm in Skåne.
Of course, 'Hybrid Harp' isn't just, or even primarily, an ethnic conservatoire but a musical equivalent to Forrest Gump's box of chocolate. You never know what you're gonna get.

If it were easy, anybody could do it!
