You can warm it up by dropping the freq on the low pass gate. I like to reduce the drive and mix in the wavefolder section when creating more instrumental sounds for melody. Works great especially if followed by Echo Boy.
It reminds me of the first time I heard a PPG in the 80s. How unique the PPG was compared to all the other synths filtering square and sawtooth waves.

I dig the sound of this, remember liking the limiter back when that came out so I'll def. kick the tires on the poly one when it comes out. Any synth w/ a novel sonic architecture is something that interests me. Look forward to it hopefully there's an intro price.

I finally had some time to check this thing out. I started going through the presets and I thought the bass patches were rubbish and I was about to give up but when I hit the leads it was a different story. It's got some great sounds in it, a few that I can use straight out of the box. I'm kinda liking it.

It's available from resellers now. There is an extra $15 off at AudioDeluxe and I had some loyalty bucks built up there so I picked it up for under $70.

It's very rare that I buy VST synths any more but I have bought two lately, this and Fundamental, and they complement each other very well, with Generate very good on biting aggressive sounds, and Fundamental on drones. Very nice !

Generate is available at Eventide's site now, too. It's $99 for now, $149 eventually. Seems a bit pricey to me but I'll grab the demo and see.

There are upgrade offers on their site as well.
