Well, unfortunately, the OP didn't write about what problem he/she got into with soundfont in sforzando but instead made a weird judgement. Who knows - somebody here can offer help?

Yeah. Perhaps the OP should know that Sforzando isn't meant to
be a native soundfont-player. It can import some soundfonts and
will ask you to convert these soundfonts.

Sforzando is one of the most perfect sfz-players.

The thing is, you didn't state what the issue was. You just said that any instrument with "tuba" in the name "sounds like this." Like what? What happens when you load a tuba sample set?

Can you give us a link to one or more tuba samples set that sound wrong?
Do the same sample sets sound correct in a different player, and if so, which one?

If you have something to say, say it. If not, just say "Never mind, my mistake."

And why did 4 people vote Yes? To a question that's has no meaning as far as I can tell? (I suppose, for a question with no meaning, every answer is correct.)
