We are planning to release a CD with the competition tracks on it. It would be properly pressed (with nice graphics and everything) and released after mastering by a Pro.
The CD would be sold at a price that only covers the cost of making and shipping the CD. We're not interested in making any money with it.
So, would you buy a CD from smartelectronix with the winning competition tracks on it (after more than one competition)?

I think the quality is definitely there... (presumably you'd get everyone to send .wav versions and not master from the mp3s and oggs).
But do you mean a 4-track mini-cd with the four winners, or all the finalists, or will this be compiled after the next competition?
