Hi.

I am writing here, because I can't seem to be able to send an email directly to TDR.
I just bought the Slick Eq mastering version.

I was using the demo, getting really good results, and took photos of the settings.
Upon opening the licensed version, I see that the HF excite is missing the frequency selection, and is showing db rather than percentage.

Why is the licensed version less featured than the demo version?
And how does the db correlate to percentage?

Thanks,
Ski spiggy

Yeah, it's a little confusing!

Originally it was that there was no DEMO version. There was only
the actual version, which is free, and a special, additional version
called "Gentleman Edition". :)

So these are two different versions, which also have different
features. The fact that on the special GE-subsite they nonetheless
talk about "demo" is a bit strange. :o

Too late. :phones:

What @jethrobull said. I might want to add, that I still keep all 3 of them in my folder, all for different tasks & workflow.

You can be creative in any right place on Earth, and not only in the wealthiest cities. Bring the world feelings from everywhere, and not only feelings of capitalistic or jail environment.

If you right click on the HF/LF tabs you can change it from EQ Sat legacy to Exciters.

Hi again. I have just come across the same issue with the Limiter 6 GE.
One of my computers has the wet/dry mix of modules in db, the other in %. Both licensed versions.
I have tried to use your previous suggestion to change them over, but nothing seems to be working.

If you have any ideas, that would be great.
Thanks,
Ski Spiggy

Hi again. If you double click the "Dry Amount" label just above the value it should change it to "Dry Mix in" db.
