I saw on a tutorial video of StudioOne 5 and the guy had a nice big volume meter over on the right where it stayed... Is that in Artist fx or how do I get it??

It might be the Level Meter FX but that makes an FX track just for the meter..???
What I need is a tall but skinny stereo meter to keep on the very right side of the track page..

Why? Just leave yourself lots of headroom, which won't do any harm at all, or put a brickwall limiter on your master so it doesn't matter how loud things get. You really only need meters for recording and, even then, just leave lots of headroom and record at 24 or 32 bit. Obsessing over your master level is a waste of time until you get to mastering.
