hey all,
first i'd like to thank people who commented my previous tracks...
here at Spinaudio we've recently added transport sync option to Virtual Mixing Console and I can now perfectly sync by beloved Vaz Modular to GrooveAgent.
we've been jamming today with this setup and made two tracks:

Any comments are welcome!
Thanks in advance,
Dan

Really digging the first track. I'd like it to have a harder percussion set though

good to hear some scharnz
here.
could be a bit more 'massive' but without adding more
density, the tracks are already overcrowded / 2ct.
this leads to probably the same what stefancrs said.
but schranz is bloody difficult to mix (at least for
me) and perhaps not the style software synths/fx are
made for (tho vaz is a rude dog). if you have other
evidences please bring 'em on.
anyway, your tunes were fine brainshakers after learning
the latest facts about ultimate trc-synths.

thanks for the comments!
I agree, the drum line should have been made harder. I'll try do that.
to oluf:
i did the following:
1) loaded vmc
2) in vmc i loaded groove agent
3) pressed run in groove agent, selected and adjusted the beat
4) in vmc i loaded vaz modular 3 as vsti
5) in vaz i've created 5 synth channels, loaded some patches that come with vaz, modified them, assigned some params to midi controller, switched off local tempo in each synth so they can run all in sync, created sequence patterns, pressed sync and start (i've also added 3dchorus plug-in on aux bus for some effect:-)
6) I've loaded channelGrabber plug-in on master and made it record in wav file to hard disk
7) then in vmc set the tempo 130 bpm, then i pressed space to stop sequencing, then space again so that groove agent and vaz start sequencing in sync
then i moved controllers on my UC-16 and changed drum pattern complexity in GrooveAgent on the fly
you can download the vaz bank with the schranz theme (of course it includes only synth lines without drums) and jam with it. here is the link:

by the way here are two more tunes (not schranz though
):

Thanks for the details Dan. I can't check out the bank yet since I'm still only playing with the demo version of Vaz Modular. I'm saving the bank for the day that I finally pick it up.
But I did check out the other tracks - i've listened to Requiem a few times now, it's definitely my favourite of the bunch.

Hey, sounds good. I was all prepared to unload my bag of "this isn't techno" comments, but shit, it actually is hella techno.
And good at that too, especially the first one. It's 5:25 am over here, so I need to go to sleep now, but I'll comment more later...

This pretty cool! The TechnoTheme sounds like some of the releases on Ant-Zen. Your songs have a nice rough & raw sound and there are interesting things in the rhythms. There is enough change to keep it interesting but there isn’t enough to keep my attention focused on it. So just drips along my ears leaving me with a pleasant sensation & memory of the time passed.
Sometimes seems like the accents are shifting which is changing the rhythm while leaving the continuity of the beat intact. That’s a neat & original touch!
The bleeps in the Exp Theme make some nice micro-melodies, pretty cute.
I like both of them and please keep up the good work & share with us!
