Looking for a nice collection of noises

Hi there!
I'm searching for noise samples, but couldn't really find any so far, so I'm trying my luck here...
I would like to have sampled noises from synthesizers, noise generators, and maybe some other plain sources of noise like crackling paper, rain etc... but mostly just plain electronic analog noises in high quality.
Oh and for free or for cheap please

I was able to find some nice free vinyl noises, but am still looking for white, pink, brown... noises for use in synthesizers and maybe some unusual ones would be nice as well.

So, raw samples of various analog synths' noise oscillator output, unfiltered?

Wind and rain you can probably find from places like freesound with some effort sorting through the files to find the best ones, and you can synthesize digital noise easily, but if you want real analog synths' noise osc output, not sure if many people are giving that away. Usually it'll be tucked away in a bigger, paid instrument, though I'm sure there's exceptions out there - I just don't know where to find them. The same thing with field recordings of industrial equipment and abandoned buildings, the good collections sell for pretty good money because they're useful as TV/film/game backgrounds.

You might also be able to find breathing through wind instruments (I know I included a sample with my Bear Sax, important for emulating proper sax vibrato), bowed strings (bowing a muted string has some pitched component, and bowing the tailpiece produces clear pitches too, but bowing the edge of the body is straight up noise) etc.

for an infinite source of your own noise samples buy yourself a cheap AM/FM transistor (non-DAB) radio for a few quid off ebay or whatever.

For noise oscillators from analog synths you could just download demos for good emulations (e.g. Diva or whatever) and sample those. (I don't think I'm suggesting anything illegal here but correct me if I'm wrong.)
Also, a cool way to "roll your own": Take some pure white noise and run it through some interesting impulse responses. You can get a ton of cool sounds that way. If you happen to have iZotope Trash, it's got a lot of weird ones. Also consider adding a bit of very short delay (<10ms) with a lot of feedback to add a tonal component to your noises (either before or after the IR).

The Hiss and a Roar library that whyterabbyt recommended seems to be what I was looking for... unfortunately it is too expensive for me right now, so I think I will go with synthesizing noises with VCV Rack for now, which has some nice noise generators and filters and gave me good results last time I tried.
I already knew the 3 free libraries, and they are also really nice, but I was looking for more constant noises without rhythmic components.

It's probably best to synthesize them to my needs. And I do have iZotope Trash 2, so that might be a really good idea to run some noises through that, thanks to NAD.
