VST-Host plugin with deeper control?

So, I'm doing a lot of layering of VSTi's and it's a tad fiddly setting things up in Renoise.
The vst-hosts that were around before don't really work any more, and even if they did, they aren't 64bit.

I would love something where i couldn't only layer synths up in, but also midi-control in some way. Like switching presets on several synths at once (fxp) through some kind of key-command.
Need to stay away from the mouse as much as possible due bad RSI.

I've looked at Unify, and it looks great but can't really do any key-bindings or such in there as far as i can see.

Am i overlooking/missing something else or there?

Would appreciate any help!

I'm not an authority on Mux, but I use it for various things... sometimes for sidechaining or I use the built in synths that come with it. It doesn't host VST3 plugins at the moment (or AU).. if interested you should check out the Mutools forum here and ask there if you have specific questions. Its the most fun vst modular chainer/synth that I have used personally. I like the developer as well.

I use this one -
Takes a bit of a learning curve for the advanced features you're looking for, but this one is VERY capable:

That one is awesome. To bad i can't use it in my host though, just standalone.

Three that come to mind are:

Unify by Plugin Guru https://www.pluginguru.com/products/unify-standard/
- never used but looks cool and is actively being developed.

Bidule by Plogue https://www.plogue.com/products/bidule.html
- Some interesting capabilities, has been stable on my systems, not flashy and development is slow, however.

Akai VIP https://www.akaipro.com/products/new-products/vip
- You'd want to grab one of the Akai Ascend controllers (you may find one used?) to get it free (is not opened to other controllers from what I understand). It's likely end of life, but it is a performance oriented host and can definitely switch multiple (up to 8) synth/presets at a time via hardware.

Hi, sorry for the late reply.
Yes, as mentioned, Unify looks great but it isn't there yet.

Bidule looks interesting though, I'll take a peek!
