I worked for PRS for a few years so dealt with a lot of band splits on publishing (songwriting) and there were quite a few bands who split everything between the guitarist and vocalist (e.g. Morrissey/Marr got all the Smiths publishing 50/50, Jagger/Richards for most Stones numbers as Nanker Phelge) and the rest of the band got nothing. Drummers were usually given nothing for their contributions. So Farrell wasn’t as tight as some.
