Did not get the Tone2 hint really, I have Icarus2 and Electra2 and no problems with the preset browsers. No comparision to the old none existing spire preset "browser". No sense for me to investigate the (spare) time of Marcus into the preset browsers.

Spire's browser is nice, but you can create your own folders in Tone2 synths and they show up in the display. Any sub-folders won't be displayed, but you can use the File menu to get to any you've created. Usually I just label a folder with my initials and the type of presets that are in it.

Apart from that, I highly doubt that something like "Hey, company! Look here, a proper browser!" is in any way a motivation for a developer to change something. Especially when you don't get into specifics on what exactly you think makes it so great.
AND, the most important thing: It's much more likely that the developers will take notice if you contact them directly.

Nice
To be fair, many VST's have just as good or even better pre-set browsers like this and have had them for many years, so why highlight this now, and why Spire not UHE, Spectrasonics, Arturia etc (Spire is just playing catch up with what most have done for a very long time, seems a bit odd to now suddenly point to someone else when you have only just caught up yourself!)

X32 and 24C mixers, S88MK3, Live + PUSH 3, Osmose, RedShift 6, Pro3, S4, Tempera, Syntakt, Digitone, OP1-F, OPXY, TR-1000, Eurorack, TD27 Drums, Guitars, Basses, Amps and of course lots of pedals!

Thank you for your feedback. It is always helpful for us developers when we know what our customers want. I am well aware that different people have different demands and that we of course can't fulfill everyone's needs. Apart of this there are also sometimes technical limitations or economic limitations that we have to deal with.
I always listen carefully to what our customers say and seriously consider to implement them in free updates. I collect all feature request and make notes in a text file. When we work on an free update for a product I always go through all requests and decide for every single request if it will be implemented or not.
Of course I admit that it can sometimes be frustrating when you get negative feedback. But i see it from a professional perspective and do not get offended by it. I am aware that people are just trying to make the products better. And better products result in better sales.
Best Regards,
Markus
