Really been enjoying this plugin! Sounds great on everything I've used it on.

Was shooting a walk through with Supermassive and a Prophet 6, and took a break to try Supermassive with my Moog Matriarch.

Thanks, all!
Here is three of three in the series, guitar walkthrough, Moog Matriarch jam, and now Supermassive walkthrough with a Prophet 6 analog polysynth. I just want to say that I've been using Supermassive on a lot of tracks and really enjoying it. My top three go-to plugins (outside of compressors/eqs) are Valhalla Delay, VintageVerb, and Space Modulator...but Supermassive has been used a ton these last few weeks. I'm really impressed.

Nice.....SteveWZ wrote: Fri Jun 05, 2020 2:23 am Here is Supermassive on guitar.
Going for a super lush guitar tone and liquid guitar solo.
2 instances of Supermassive are used.
No other reverbs, delays or modulation were used.

Instant 80s. Great stuff.
I have to say first: thanks for the freebie, and second: it worked, because it's making me get my wallet out. Haven't been doing much music recently, and was originally trying to keep my s/w down to a minimum. Got back into music after a long break and wanted to spend some time getting used to Cubase again, some new synths and not get pulled into loads of plugins that I end up not really needing.
I thought I'd get along happily with some of my old h/w, a big bag of Lexicon impulses, and mostly DAW delays etc for stock FX. But obviously now I realise I need some ethereal pixie dust for my synth noodlings, and SuperMassive is some pixie dust indeed. So I trawled through the Valhalla site - nice vids - and realised I'm going to have to buy Shimmer. Probably VDelay too. Not sure I need the VVerb, but we'll see.
If this guy can release this as a freebie...I shudder to think what Shimmer can do, and I want it. No, I need it. $100 plus a freebie and I can sound like This Mortal Coil on acid but in a happy way, not a suicidal way.
Very nice indeed. I'm a Valhalla convert already, and I only heard of them last week.

Check out SpaceModulator also, which is free with any purchase. I use it quite a bit in my recording.kritikon wrote: Mon Jun 22, 2020 1:31 pm Instant 80s. Great stuff.

Ah, thanks...will do. Another freebie, oh yeah. I would have to suspect that something called SpaceModulator does more than just a bit of flanging.
