To answer the first post. It sucks 'hugely'! The only saving grace for me is that I overpaid $10 for it...

Logic Pro X Step FX is a thousand (1000x) times better.

If you like far-out delays and such it's a great plug. A resource hog, though.

I always thought it looked like a good tool to have, basically having that many parameters under one interface. But at 149e I always thought it was too expensive.

What would you guys recommend instead - for something with a similar functionality?

Movement can be bought very cheap second hand. I think because it was part of a popular bundle..

Got it for free, but it's completely unusable in some DAWs. It must be badly coded as it overloads a modern CPU with a single instance running. Too bad as some of the effects are interesting.

It's not as bad as everyone makes it out to be, honestly I think sound toys rack does the same stuff but better, but I was able to get some cool stuff out of movement, output's later effects portal and thermal are WAY better though

but with that said I've been able to get some cool results out of movement and the preset selection is pretty cool too
there are many other plugins that do the same sort of stuff better

but I found it paired up really well with DS Thorn actually, between the glitch sequencer in thorn and using odd meter step sequences in movement I was having a blast getting glitchy movement in this stream

Cool GUI and the sound is nice but unstable to crash DAW,strange noise,high CPU usage and no update years......
I bought this for 30$ but regret
