I assume that the existing product in your account will simply be upgraded and the new items included will appear in Native Access. That's what NI support told me. Yes, but they told me there will be an email notification too. Either way, Komplete 13 does not seem to be fully released (Guitar Rig 6 Pro still coming soon). I think it will take some time for us grace period guys. They will probably handle any direct K13 pre-orders and all first, which makes sense.
