Using Vielklang 2 and adding tracks from Band In A Box

Hi everyone.

The other day I bought a plugin called Vielklang 2. It is a virtual instrument for DAWs and is downloaded as a VST, AudioUnit, AXX plugin. What it does is create harmonies over a vocal track, and it is pretty good at what it does. I also have a great piece of software called Band In A Box.

So, here is what I want to do:
1. Use Band In A Box to create a piece of music
2. Export that music into a DAW (as an audio? or a midi? which one is best?)
3. Record my own guitar track on the DAW
4. Record a vocal track on the DAW
5. Use Vielklang 2 to add harmonies to my vocal track. (So, the DAW needs to be able to add this specific product as a virtual instrument.)
6. And finally, after tweaking, export the finished product to an mp3 file.

Will Tracktion Waveform, or Waveform Pro be able to do all that?

Also, my computer is a bit old and runs on Windows 7. Will Traction work on Windows 7?
