I'm sure other people have better ideas here, but maybe a knob that changes between hard S&H and smooth randomization? Or possibly a shape knob to alter the randomization source? Or a "jitter" knob that increasingly alters/randomizes how long a value is held?

Ah interesting. Automation does work with VST, but it does not work with VST3 - at least over here.

Working on my side on Live 10.1/Windows 10 with the VST3 version.

The S&H seems really legit since there is no way to do it for now. For the jitter feature I think if it supports S&H, it could be done by adding a second random modulator on the rate of the first one. For the Shape feature we had the oppurtunity to morph between gaussian/uniform distribution via a mapper, but I'm not sure that it's a game changer feature.

I restarted the DAW and loaded the plugin again as VST3 and now it's working fine. So it was just my system acting up - apologies and thanks for checking on your end

One more if I may - a "legato" function for the midi trigger input?
Also the parallel filter mode that others suggested would be incredible.

It's not possible to make the UI small again - now I can't use the modulation section.

You can remove the pref file to reset the default size for new instances

The product is listed on KvR so there is no reason you cannot vote for it AFAIK

Shade 1.1.0 is online, including the new limiter, band soloing, curve dragging feature, a new preferences panel, sidechain display on the spectrum analyzer, new presets, and more.
