JRR shop info etc

When Newegg was hacked, they covered it up, and resolved never to buy from them again. My credit card info was stolen in that instance, if I hadn't found out about it online in news, not from Newegg, I would've failed to cancel it and who knows how many charges would've been rung up.
Sounds like it probably was a less serious hack here for JRRShop, but I'd still appreciate hearing from them about it via email, rather than just receiving more advertising emails as if it never happened. If I wasn't reading about it on forums I wouldn't know.

Also this shop has been down for very long time already. First it was commented “no hijack”, now it was confirmed it was hijack. I feel very bad for all the credit card/billing information of customers if they are leaked now :/

I agree, the JRR information policy is not very active nor transparent.
I have sent some of emails, Jesus-guy has been the only person responded, if any.
Regarding how active Eric has been in marketing, his crisis communication has been a disappointment.

At first I believe it wasn't a hijack or at least that is what they though at the time.SoundHunterrr wrote: Thu Oct 08, 2020 3:00 pm Also this shop has been down for very long time already. I've followed it with another PM listing all of my order numbers going back to May 12, 2018.
(17) separate order numbers in total - please let me know if you need specific detailing of any of the orders.

And another PM has been sent.
Eric did one helluva lot of work on my behalf, guys/gals. If you’re like me, and have ordered a lot of sounds from his shop to be downloaded: please send him the order number(s) associated with the download(s)

Those are two separate things. Our site crashed on July 7 and it was not a hack. On October 3, someone was able to insert a redirect into our home page and that was a hack. We never receive credit card numbers or store them on the site, they are sent directly to the credit card processing company and the only thing we ever see is the authorization code.SoundHunterrr wrote: Thu Oct 08, 2020 3:00 pm Also this shop has been down for very long time already. I'm sorry to hear that. The site is live. I'm afraid I don't know why it isn't working for you. It's actually running very well right now.zadillo wrote: Mon Oct 12, 2020 10:00 pm Is it still happening? Works fine here. Using firefox. Page loads immediately, and browsing categories/products is instantaneous.

Hey, Eric! Just a heads up that I ran into a small issue with one of the downloads in my account, so contacted you with the info via your JRRshop online form.
Thanks as always for your help, Eric! -GA
