On top of Hydrasynth, you can get very much in the ballpark of the experience using an MPE keyboard like a Roli or Morph. Per key aftertouch? Check. Ability to use the surface similar to a ribbon controller? Check.

The new controller from Presonus, the Atom SQ, has a strip that looks like it should be usable as one and the specs suggest each key sends pressure
