Hello:

I loved Camel Audio Alchemy and had purchased license to quite a number of their products before they closed shop. I understood that was coming and kept all the installers carefully arranged in a folder. Then I've had a number of crazy distractions in life, built and rebuilt several music computers and forgot about Alchemy until a recent build, and I could not find the folder with the installers anywhere. I had a recent glitch with a synth PC following a bad Windows update, and in repairing that, I had need for a USB thumb drive. As it turned out, I found a thumb drive with my Camel Audio folder on it, and I have been excited about installing it all.

I just went to do that today and came up against a terrible surprise. Of all things, the primary app installer I have does not offer the essential option of installing offline, which would be the ideal, as I know I cannot download anything any longer and there is no Camel Audio site to recognize my UN and password any longer, but the problem is, as my password is no longer recognized, I can't even open the installer I have. I don't think Camel did an adequate job of making clear one needed to have a particular installer, despite the responsible job they did of making clear they were going out of business. Does anyone know of a place I could get the installer that will allow me to install all the data packs I purchased? I noted in now dead discussion from several years ago that it can be used in Logic, which I do not have, or in Falcon, which I do, but it is not clear at all to me how one would convert the Camel Audio data format into that used by UVI in Falcon. That would likely be the easiest solution if someone could explain that to me. I was very surprised when I tried to enter my account info, to be delivered to the Logic website, but there is no mention there of anything tied to Camel Audio. Does anyone know whether product support there might help me with this problem? Thanks for any attempted assistance.
