Ive given a lot of the expansions a listen and they do seem to vary, in general. Where Pigments is specifically concerned, though, there seems to be less of a variation at the moment. I think there is less in the way of classic sounds and more in the way of experimental sounds with many of them being pads. At least that was my observation. Can anyone else verify this??BoogerSnotOrchestra wrote: Sat Sep 12, 2020 5:07 am How are the expansion packs for Pigments? There’s a lot, upwards of 30 or so I believe. They let you sample some parts of them, and some of them seem kind of cheesy, but I like presets for when I don’t want to build from scratch.
Any recommendations, or links to demos, etc. are appreciated.![]()
What you find usable will largely depend on what you do. Clearly someone thinks they're usable as they wouldn't have designed the sound in the first place.
