depends on what you mean. KK is not exactly/more than a preset browser.

Maybe you should search for "plugin hosts", or plugin containers. I'm pretty sure such plugin manager would have to host the vst instruments inside.
I heard about one one year ago or two ; its value was too pack multi plugins setups between different daws. Check for project sharing between daws.
