Any recommendations for some high quality recorded drum kits?

Although I've done my own Sforzando mapping rather than the Halion or Kontakt mappings, or anyone else's Sforzando/SFZ mapping. Nice and clean, no hassle with multiple mics, the detail goes into multiple velocities which adds actual real realism when playing.

How does a person do this mapping for samples?

I used "vi" on Linux to write some bash scripts that use the sample amplitudes.
