I own only 61 key keyboard and many libraries have this law key (e.g. c0) give great control possibilities. Changing octaves up/down everytime is a nightmare. Is there a way to map those key controls to midi keyboard sliders/knobs? Right mouse click does not respond.

I use the drum pads on my midi controller to hit super low key switches. Alternately you can remap notes in various ways in DAWs. Whether you can send notes with knobs or sliders is up to your midi controller. I know that remapping a single cc to the full range of notes is not hard. Otherwise I don't know.

This can be done with scripting. Take a look here: https://www.nilsliberg.se/ksp/scripts/scripts.html
You'll be interested in, Transpose Range - transpose certain key ranges (eg. to move keyswitches).
or your Daw may have a key map or controller option.
I like the drum pad idea above also.
I use a 49 key controller so I feel your pain
