That's why i said "vector-type" meaning assets which aren't photo-based. The scaling apps in that video are all run with machine learning and their scaling algo's are trained on photos, not graphics.

Have you considered that those old VPS plugins GUI's are photo based? Anyways, lets not derail the topic

Sure they're bitmaps. But not photorealistic ones, rather designed graphics. I guess that was the point with "vector type" content the AI isn't trained for. Anyways tested them and they havn't aged well. All but the fonts is blurry, mouse clicks don't hit where they should, the sidechain plugin has the same flaws. Waiting for the change log to see what has been fixed at all.

Audio rate modulation filter would be awesome to see in avenger 2.0 and some new warp modes

Is it possible to do pitch quantization per-grain in Avenger? And is there a place to adjust grain envelope parameters? I admit I only briefly perused the manual, but didn’t find anything.

I am trying to decide between Avenger and Pigments for budget reasons, what I am really after is powerful a granular instrument vst with many parameters to compliment my Harmor. There is a lot Avenger seems capable of, and the trial has been exciting to use (same for Pigments; they both have their advantages and disadvantages — and pitch quantization/envelope parameters would swing me firmly towards Avenger!) so it’s really down to this, as far as I can tell... (and the concern over interactions with copyright protection software)

Yes and its great I was talking more about adding a mod knob to add some frequency shift in the filter. And as far as the formant it would be nice to get new formant like one that stretch only the bad harmonics
