Alt-U Ableton Live

Hi,

I'm on a mac and I'm looking for a keyboard shortcut to fold/unfold all tracks.

According to the following links, Alt-U should do that but it doesn't. Instead it plays selected region.

Pressing letter "U" fold/unfold selected track as said but I would like to fold/unfold all track without selecting them all.

I'm on Mac. Alt+U works here in Ableton Live 10 Lite.

Yes, "Alt +" and "Alt -" adjust height of selected track and ctrl-alt-T insert return track...

I'm on a MBP Catalina with Ableton Live Suite... I'll check on my hackintosh when I'm back home later.

It doesn't work neither on my hackintosh. ...but if I boot on Windows it works... but I don't use Windows....soooo

Isn't there some kind of OS-level overlay in macOS allowing to bind key combinations to actions? Maybe OP simply "overwrote" Ableton ALT+U with something else?

I'm facing the same issue. In my case it's caused by the Spanish keyboard layout on macOS. Pressing ALT+U produces a whitespace.

As a workaround I switch to the U.S. layout but it would be great to know how to disable the whitespace output.
