both of your requests are great and will be implemented soon after v4.0.
Now I am concentrating on changes that cannot be postponed, because they may break compatibility.
I also want to add editable groove templates that change the rhythm feel.

A quick question: is it OK if I rename "Simple Intervals" to "Simple Divisions" because 'interval' is used incorrectly in the context of rhythm (interval is the difference in pitch between two sounds).

Please let me know if you find any other misnaming in the program. Now is the right time to change these things.

The phrase editor is missing the hamburger menu that allows the audio preview settings.. I can't preview clicked or dragged notes..

I suppose those would be a perfect fit to the play button right click..;)

edit: but that behavior is changed at the composition level .. still think maybe add that to the phrase editor as "in addition you can change that here too.."

RapidComposer v4.0b7 is available!

Not just bug fixes but also new features are in this update! You will enjoy the "new" Simple Divisions rhythm generator with the added options...

Improvements:
  • 'Simple Intervals' renamed to 'Simple Divisions' with added accent options
  • 'Ostinato Generator' reworked with rhythm input added. Division and Note Length were removed because they are controlled by the rhythm generator.
  • 'Toggle Intervals' removed
  • New color setting added: 'Chord Menu Button Edge' (when clicking on a master track chord)
  • Fixed: phrase generator presets could not be loaded
  • Fixed: mute did not work when there was a solo track
  • Fixed: crash in the Percussion Generator fixed
  • Fixed a problem during MIDI import which resulted notes being hidden in the phrase editor (during scrolling and during playback)
  • [macOS] Fixed: plug-ins used the RapidComposerV3 folder

I liked the "Toggle Intervals (or maybe Divisions)" rhythm generator very much. Was awesome for quickly creating backbeats and all sorts of shifted rhythms. Why was it removed? How do I quickly substitute that feature?
