Is it possible to not pay? I thought it was automatic and the credic card number was mandatory before bidding. I'm one of the winners for Acon.Luftrum wrote: Tue Nov 03, 2020 10:42 am All companies are now contacted with the exception of Acon Digital, Cockos, Soundtheory and U-He. There's a winner in each of these categories (four different people) who hasn't paid for the winning bid and doesn't respond to email either and the 48 hours has passed, so I am about to re-organize some winning bids.
Call to Action: Charity 2020 (auction ended, $31886 raised)

I suppose cards may have declined when the auction ended and the charges were made.rafa1981 wrote: Tue Nov 03, 2020 8:34 pm Is it possible to not pay? I thought it was automatic and the credic card number was mandatory before bidding. I'm one of the winners for Acon.
Also, thanks to Luftrum and to everyone involved in organising and participating in this auction, what a brilliant idea! This is the first time I've seen it.

you will be waiting though for the final payment to be made, so the company only gets one contact.
it can get messy, if he contacts the company a couple of times.
some cards may reject it, but they should contact the card holder to see if its ok then sort it id imagine?
