Kontakt Library on new Drive (got new PC)

I have just purchased a new PC (Windows) I own Kontakt Complete. I guess there must be a way of just using portable drive-> export from my old PC all the libaries--> import into new PC ---> and make it work somehow activating the licence. Have you done it> Have difficuly finding proper link explaining how to do it. Would appreciate some help.
