This is the same method MJ used when he was working on Anthony Marinelli's Thriller.

28 is to young to be learning piano- get an electric guitar and a big amp!
X32 and 24C mixers, S88MK3, Live + PUSH 3, Osmose, RedShift 6, Pro3, S4, Tempera, Syntakt, Digitone, OP1-F, OPXY, TR-1000, Eurorack, TD27 Drums, Guitars, Basses, Amps and of course lots of pedals!

Piano keys placements are pain in the ass, hexatonic black+white pattern would even make normal keyboards being usable for smaller microtonal divisions of octave like 15, 17, 19, 22 equal. It is crazy to think that we use this 7+5 pattern since 1300 and something just because people like to play in C major, wow.

It's never too late for anything. Especially for learning.

It's most definitely not at all too late. Two years ago I started playing the piano again actively and made a choice of immediately starting to learn a piece that was a bit over my comfort level back when I did play the piano actively. Now 2 years later I can play that piece at full tempo and in my own opinion quite well (compared to all the youtube examples out there).

I've also noticed that if I truly commit to it, I seem to be able to learn quicker than I did when I was young. I guess I'm more focused on the actual task and thus improving my technique more efficiently which ultimately ends up making me learn faster. I still suck at reading notation though. Not really sure how I should practice to get better at that.

28 is not too old to learn the piano. If you were 99 years old then I would say you're too old. As long as you have at least a decade to live it's enough.

Yes, by 28 your fingers are too riddled with arthritis to even consider starting piano.
Signatures are so early 2000s.
