Hi, just wondering..

how is it possible that when I change the location of sample files, the used samples in a project remain intact?

I'm happy they stay intact  , but thought it would be useful to know the mechanism.

Seems audio files are Included (got copied automatically) in the project package or folder. Prevents modifying original files by accident.

In Project settings/Assets you select what to include when saving a project. Sampler files are one of them. So when you open a project Logic loads the samples from the project folder not from your original file location. Otherwise i would give the not found error you expected :)
