I don't know whether to feel insulted or relieved that FX didn't make the poll...

Eddie gave me apretty long and detailed explanation. he really has been helpful. but AFTER i bought the synths. anyway, he said my comments were duly noted (i.e., people's complaints)

And considering this is a pc-centric community, you guys are weaklings & cowards for choosing Apple/E-magic..They left the PC platform so long ago they shouldn't even be on the list

Maybe their leaving the PC platform is what's getting them the votes.

Well..i respect all developers in the universe..
but regarding companys...well emegic did a very very very bad move....i was a logic user...i'm no more..
i felt a great lack of respect...
it's not personal...it's about their behaviour in that particular occasion...i stopped using logic on PC and i did'nt buy a mac and i'll not do it for sure...

I think this whole thread is not fair, but who knows, I see some company that do deserve some words, as they have very poor user support.

I think the gong has to go to Jason of !JDevelopment!. Great products and strangely good support [he did a special version of Rebel just for us ORION users] but then he as a brain-spasm and goes right off the deep-end, never to be heard of again. But I voted for Imageline because they treat their customers like shit.

I was a bit confused myself - but don't sweat it William.

If it makes you feel any better my experience with you as a developer has been a delight. I was never your customer before my Wusikstation purchase and I have no idea what your customer support history has been. However, currently I find your customer service exemplary and your product amazing.

And as there have been a couple of other ringing endorsements also in this thread already, I would let a couple of people say what they want to say in this thread and just move on.
