That's impressive. I had FB account for 2 years and still have Twitter, but the latter mostly to follow economy & general news for my day job

I get all the news I need from KVR and GearSlutz...is there anything else happening I should know about

There are probably lots if good reasons to have a Facebook and Twitter accounts, I just don't have one personbaly....my kids tell me they are for old people like me, but I still don't feel inclined to participate, I just cant be arsed!

I made an account some time ago, rather to see what it's like, but, hardly look there. Not my world. Forums are a lot more manageable IMO. And, funnily, a lot more personal as well.

I have Ableton 10 and have no plans to upgrade. Just because a new version comes out, it doesn't mean that you have to upgrade! The version you have will keep working and doing exactly what it did before. Just because you buy a new car doesn't mean that you are going to replace it with the latest model every year.

I also use FL Studio and Reaper, so no worries.

Thanks for pointing this out. Seems like a lot of people don't know this, on FB or elsewhere. At least I can't explain some comments otherwise.

Maybe someone should do a blog post, or a Youtube video. "You don't have to upgrade." Or rather, more contemporarily, "10 reasons why you don't have to upgrade."
