Fortunately, I choose to work outside the box and not limit myself.
Says the guy who cant cope with the fact that a sound effects design tool doesn't come with vocal samples or understand why it does come with sound effects samples.

That's a positive head start in avante garde thinking right there.

You know, you're right. I've finally come to grips that I'll find a way to fit polystyrene, crushed fruit and leopard sounds into my tracks. Maybe I'll start a Youtube cooking show on the side or something. Thank you for your sincere support.

Cool. If you're interested, there's this tool called Reformer Pro that's specifically for creating foley and effects with those kind of sounds.
Its mostly used by people who have a clue about such things, but Im sure you'll be fine.

My two bits: I've demo'd Reformer Pro, and to me it's clearly for creating unusual foley sounds, which can be musically interesting. I wish I had it for that purpose (and there's a half-price sale going on at Krotos as I jabber here). But I don't think it works for trying to sing or talk on a music track--I wouldn't get it for that purpose. I'd look at vocoders, morphing software, or something like Meldaproduction's harmonizer, which can alter the voice in interesting and usable ways--so that a listener can understand what you've sung or said.

I bet you can remix Britney Spears into a death metal track with it. But not the other way round... And only if you eliminate all melodies with Celemony before... But why would you? Both isn‘t interesting...
I suggest to the op to buy Max/MSP instead and create his own tool to be really limitless... Comes with a learning curve though...
A tool like Reformer isn‘t secret magic. Its just simplifying a specific workflow aimed at sound designers for film and games. You can create similar effects with a couple of other tools, but only if you know how... Has a learning curve as well... And takes more time - one of the selling arguments for RP...

Reading all this thread I discovered it’s important not to limit himself and to think outside the box. I will now eat with a hammer, spend my next holidays with a carrot, sleep in a swimming pool and drink books juice everyday.
My creativity is gonna be on top.

(I may also buy reformer so I can finish mixing my Pierre Boulez conducting Alban Berg remix project, and finally replace Alban Berg vocals with mine singing like Beyoncé)
