Man im too excited for this synth. Great computer friendly interface, great features, great pricing (and an actual free version!). I expect this to blow up with bedroom producers almost instantly.

Let me ask a theoretical question: what new can vital bring that we don't have in the existing wt synths? Of course, it's free, but my question is rather about the synthesis engine...

I think he said in the comments you can upgrade by paying the difference, but I'm not completely certain.

Yep you'll be able to upgrade to Pro for $55 on the 24th.
