Weird post.. maybe don’t buy it if you’re already looking for a refund.
I bought it, and don't like it. There's no info about money back or any other policies for that matter. So i'm curious what their policy is.

Enigma Cipher
I solved it! And I was able to buy it and use it.
He should change it to something harder and put the installer into the True Crypt hidden volume.

That sucks for you, I’d be surprised if there’s a refund policy. Maybe they’ll allow license transfers.
At least it’s only $20.

This is a very nice synth at an absolute no brainer price. I'm not getting anything out of it that I can't get from some of the other synths in my collection but I've only scratched the surface. It will be fun digging in deeper.

By the way you can create a custom preset folder for your own patches but it has to have a subfolder in it called Presets otherwise it won't show up in the browser. Took me a minute to figure that out so thought I would pass it along. Then add subfolders for Wavetables etc as you create them.

Yes, the link to buy it is a few pages back..

Got it. Like it a lot!

I don't know if the dev is interested but Vital - and Helm - tend to fail Tracktion's plugin validator although both run fine in Tracktion's Waveform DAW. It's obviously more important to run without fail in a DAW than a validator but I thought I would mention it.

Surely there must be consensus by now...

How does one get Vital to work - I open the standalone, it asks for my email/password - which I have already registered - and does not recognise me?

Post

I had to login once more after the end of the install and after that I no longer need to be online to access my account.

Do it and see.
I’m referring to the vst version.
I did not install the standalone.

thanks - I just got it to work - I think it might have been my VPN. Is now installing the presets/wavetables. And... lo and behold as you suggested I closed it down and it now reopens fine
thanks!

Both the Standalone and VST I only needed to login once. However I started with the VST version first. Not sure if that makes a difference. Both work fine for me.

Post

So other people have managed to get the Standalone to work on Windows 10? Crashes instantly for me.

Standalone technically works fine for me, it just doesn't see my ASIO drivers. Dont know why.
