There are a few out there all at various prices.
What's a fair price to pay and who is the king?
Looked at gig performer 3, is there anything better or special about this than any others?

I just tested Camelot 2.0 ( the free version)
...And I am not happy with.
Reasons: No possibility to create a GUI where mapped parameters can be made visible.
Routing not really flexible, works like a mixer, but maybe I missed something
No scripting possibilities
No automated mapping of Parameters
For me Gig Performer is the King.

I really like Camelot, easy to use no over complicating GUI, and have all of the functions I need. But it kinda depends on what your needs are.

How do you sequence anything in Gig Performer? It seems like it's only suited to a keyboard player in a band, not to provide a full backing to play and sing over. Or is there something I missed in the YT videos?
For our needs, Studio One is looking like the best option we've ever had for live performance. You can pre-load a whole set's worth of songs and recall them instantly, so you don't have to stand around waiting for the next song to load. The Show page stuff looks like it does the same kind of thing Gig Performer does, so that aspect is probably also covered, although that' snot something we have any need for on stage.
That said, I'm thinking the OP is probably looking for something for EDM, not rock'n'roll, so his needs may be completely different to ours.

On Mac Mainstage is hard to beat for 30 bucks with all its high end synths coming with it... I see it a lot on stage, makes a lot of sense if you have no problem to be bound to a platform...
On the other hand its an app which doesn‘t break on OS upgrades for an obvious reason...
