I use FL because it's a wrapper for 32bit and at its heart another drum machine with its own tools,tricks & decent generators (w/lifetime updates) If rewire gets kicked to the curb it'll still be a decent vst instrument

Anybody ever use Bidule? It sounds like it could be a viable option. Supposedly can run it with Rewire or as a plugin.

Well, I got with Ableton support and fiddled around with some things and all seems to be running smoothly now. I don't want to jinx it but I figure I better give credit to their support where credit is due.

I must've gotten Ableton's support and Native Instruments confused I guess.

What's up w/ NI discontinuing a bunch of programs? For example, I have Battery which worked fine and now I can't use it at all because I can't generate a new ActivationFile and for some odd reason the old ActivationFiles I had won't work either.

Has anyone used patchwork to host VST's? I heard it's good for that with low cpu.

I got FL Studio to work great in client mode with Ableton as the master somehow.

I tried installing the plugin version and then that didn't work at all so I switched it back to Rewire client somehow and it's working great.

So hopefully now I can use FL, Ableton, and Reason VST3 because my version of Ableton doesn't support VST3.
