Hands on Arturia Keystep Pro & 37 and software synths and Drum Machines

Hi,

KeyStep Pro & 37 are very interesting capable keyboard controllers.
Pro especially - Drum sequencer on Track 1 can have up to 24 parallel tracks.

I'd like to focus on controlling software synths and drum sequencers using the Keystep Pro.

I dont have any hardware gear but - who knows - I may get one if I come across one that
will be well suited for playing with the Keystep and have at least 2 - 4 different voices that can be sequenced, automated etc..(bi/multi-timbral synth)

My question is - have you tried composing tracks using for example : Spark 2 or Grove Agent 5,Mpc 2.8 , D16 LUSH-101 etc ? In loop mode in your Daw - recording notes on different tracks... - basically using the KeyStep Pro instead of using mouse. I'm curious what the hardware is capable of.
On youtube I mainly see it used to control hardware. But from what I read in the manual -
it can be a great tool to use with software drum machines , synths..D16 LUSH-101 could be a nice
vst to experiment with...

Any input would be greatly appreciated.
