any alternatives that seem as deep?

donno, but I seriously doubt there's anything which does this _and_ crossfades from a stereo mic cfg to close mic'ing.
I have two libraries which offer a multiphonics articulation in the strict sense, with no control like that at all (one of which uses a single sample mapped across the keyboard, albeit very effective considering), and a third, SWAM saxophones which has a growl controller.

I'm buying this, 70 euro is around 84USD. Thanks for this.

yeah I thought it looked pretty good - their sax one is interesting as well - and the triangle and even the shepherd tone!

Their Youtube doesn't have any presentation for the bari sax staccato and slaps, unfortunately. The triangles is very interesting to me as well.
This thing sounds great in the video, it's on sale, too hard to resist

I listened to video and demos. I like experimental sound design and find inoui sample's other libraries interesting and enjoyable.

However this clarinet multiphonic library produces some of the harshess timbres to me ...

Honestly it is beyond palatable for me. It sounds like microphone feedback sweeping thru frequency shifts ... and gives me the same response as finger nails on a chalkboard.

Curious if this multiphonic tone is used much? Is this library representative of that tone?? What context would you use it? As a melodic instrument?

I'm not bashing inoui samples' implementation of this ...seriously even wondering why they'd sample the source.

Apparently the above posters have a use ... I'm genuinely curious. A theremin has an odd sound but is beautiful in the right context. Same with glitches. Does a multiphonic clarinet (this library or any) create something beyond the shrieking I'm hearing? Or is it just outside my sonic preferences?? Trying to keep an open mind.

EDIT:
So I searched for live performances of multiphonic clarinet performances ... I must say this library captures it. Most were solo clarinet without any other instruments and consisted of long sustained whole notes featuring the dual pitches by one clarinet. There were a few more melodic such as this (an actual multiphonic clarinet, not a sample library):

I could see multiphonic as a momentary effect or crossfade within a longer passage. IMO its a specific specialized tone that would have a very targeted use. Not my thing .... but as a representative library of the sound, inoui nailed it!

here's a walk through of the sax -

Ah, there it is, thanks. It's just like I don't know how a Youtube channel works (it doesn't appear in their Uploads tab) :dog:.
This seems very hip too, although things I have can get close to this without going too nuts (and I'm a bit 'over budget'. Lotta stuff coming out with the lower price point all at once this time o' year).

The mic differences are pretty significant and that's a very cool approach he's got.

I am tempted to get the bundle I must say - his approach is really something, can see he is a classical composer in that modern European tradition - like the Xsample guy.
I have mixed feelings about budget. On the one hand it is a lot but on the other hand life is short as this years medical experiences have shown me

Yeah, that's where I'm at, and it feels kind of late in the day for me. I just bought all kinds of stuff, pretty high-end stuff (speaking of mic'ing in a sample instrument UI) this year, though... OTOH *why not*.
I'm even tempted to buy the "Additional mics" for the Imperial Grand Piano after seeing 'Ribbon' in that video! I just noticed last night my Ribbon [and "Tube"] channel was greyed out.

yep, it is a tempter but I will wait until BF itself as I hope they all go on a 50% sale so I can just pick the ones I want - not a big saving but still a saving if I do that. The clarinet is intro price into December
