Oh, that's unfortunate. I'll forward this to the development team!mabian wrote: Fri Nov 13, 2020 8:27 pmCool!EvgenyRallyUp wrote: Wed Nov 11, 2020 12:23 am Hi everyone!
Evgeny from RallyUp here. I just stumbled upon your forum - wish I had found it earlier!
I decided to register to thank you all - organizers, sponsors, and participants. This was a cool auction, and we are lucky to have events like yours on our platform.
After quickly reading through some of the comments in this (very!) long thread, I noticed some concerns about functionality and availability of features. I'll personally go over the entire thread and will forward key points to our product team; we are always trying to improve the platform and make it better for you.
Thank you and I hope to see you next year!
Evgeny
Please do something to accept paypal, I could not participate due to my credit card not allowing charges because of possible security risks....

I hope everyone has received their winning auctions at this point? All companies are contacted and all products should be settled but in case some are missing let me know. It seems we landed on $31886 including the 2nd hand auction. Well done all! In particular thanks to EnGee and FLandi.
Now that is said, all good things must come to an end.
This is the last year I have organized this charity auction. That doesn’t mean I will stop doing charitable stuff, I will just not continue with this format any longer. Maybe I will gather a handful of fellow sound designers and create a soundset for a greater cause I don’t know… and I still have my small Free Field Recordings library that generate funds for WWF, maybe I will expand that too, but the auction format as you know it has ended - at least from my side.
But, that doesn’t mean it has to end for good! This is not “my” fundraising and I hope someone else will pick it up from here and continue the journey. No one need to take any decisions here and now. There’s a whole year to plan and consider, but now you know.
Over and out…

I really hope that Luftrum will come back next year and every year. He added something special to KVR, a meaning and a soul. For one month, we stop thinking of ourselves only! I mean when you do good, you feel good
It just gives us a calm feeling and being tolerant with each other. What can be better than that!

Turned out I’d been sent the email ages ago but missed it, ooops! Thanks for sorting so quickly Luftrum. And those FabFilter plugins are a bit good ehsubliminalsystem wrote: Sat Nov 14, 2020 5:23 pm Huge fan of this initiative - I got the Synthmaster bundle this time around (already making some huge bass sounds in our latest track), and the FabFilter Total bundle (I've wanted that for years!).
Still no contact from FabFilter though, are the other FabFilter winners still waiting too? Can't wait to start working with all those plugins![]()

I was looking at the calendar, thinking.......the call to arms charity auction is coming up soon......but then remembered that Luftrum called time on running it after 2020 (after organising it for 10 amazing years).
Although a little bit disappointed that there won't be one this year, but I just wanted to thank Luftrum, Engee, and all the other members and developers that made this happen over the past 10 years.....and to everyone who donated. Hopefully it reappears, in some format, one day.
