How much crashing?

Next week a new update will be uploaded which fixes a problem that caused crashes on macOS.

RC is very good, but here I found two problems (Mac 4.0 version on iMac 27" with Catalina 10.15.7):
- frequent crashes when exiting (Cmd+Q)
- slow user interface on Retina monitor, but running smoothly on the second display (27" Dell) connected to the iMac via Thunderbolt.

Hi Roberto,

yes, newer macOS versions convert the color space of the RC UI graphics. It helps a lot if you select "Generic RGB Profile" as the display profile instead of "Colour LCD".
The good news is that the slow UI issue will be fixed in December, when the RC UI will become hardware accelerated on both Windows and macOS. I am planning this important change for a long time.

I have not experienced crashing during exit. Would it possible that you send me a few crash reports about it in e-mail to my info@ address?
You can find earlier crash reports (.crash) in one of these folders:

/Libraries/Logs/DiagnosticReports
/Libraries/Logs/CrashReporter
/Users/Username/Library/Logs/CrashReporter

I would like to analyze any .crash files that you can send to me.
