Since the release date of the new version of VM remains uncertain, I have recompiled Tiny Voice to be compatible with the current version. There will be a minor difference in the bite of low frequency notes until the new VM version. This is a small, subtle, qualitative difference that only matters to a few sounds (but it matters to me). However, I didn't want any of you guys to have to wait to start playing with TV, so as soon as approval happens (which is usually fast) I will publish. When the new VM version is out, I will immediately update.
I should have replaced the alpha echo 3 5 unit prior to failure. This was my bad.

Interim version of Tiny Voice is up. All should be OK now. Enjoy. Feedback on this or any other MRB module is always welcome.

I found a reseller had gone a bit early with advertising the latest CA thing...

...looks like the announcement tomorrow is primarily around a new soft synth. Unless there's more than one new thing of course.

yes jrrshop has a deal, for core+drums + the 3 vst's for $74 or so (don't know if even discounts get on top of them).WatchTheGuitar wrote: ↑Tue Nov 24, 2020 11:55 am I found a reseller had gone a bit early with advertising the latest CA thing...

the MG-1, yes the realistic concertmate MG-1, a moog..
indeed that doesn't mean, that is all what is coming, a new version of VM is expected, a 2.1 version, by the way, don't know what it gives.

I will cross my fingers for a decent mixer with stereo aux buses but I'll believe it when I see it.

Talking of Stereo Mixers one appeared under the Nrgzr78 banner. None of the previous modules from there had appealed to me, all looking garish, expensive and basically doing stuff I could do with other modules fairly easily, but I thought I'd get the demo of the stereo mixer and try it out. Stuck it on a really basic Cherry Audio preset (Progressive Pad), upped the voices to 16 as recommended in the manufacturer notes. Added a single stereo delay as a stereo aux. Played a chord and immediately heard the familiar flappy aliasing noise of a struggling CPU. Checked and the performance was peaking threads. Disconnected the new mixer and went straight into delay then straight into output - no issue, CPU back down to serene levels.
They only allowed a one day demo, but that was enough for me - I'm oot.

Any chance someone else can test out that stereo mixer demo to see if it's not just me having the CPU issue?

I couldn't find it.UPDATE: It looks like the product was removed from Plugin Boutique’s website moments after this article was published. It could be scheduled for release later this week. The product is still visible on the Deals page. I will reach out to Plugin Boutique for more info about the release date.

Got a great deal on this yesterday along with the PSP Ultimate Bundle, being able to combine and modulate all these effects along with vsts such as Valhalla, Lexicon, Cytomic, SoundToys etc is pretty damn cool!

Indeed! Notwithstanding, 'being able to combine and modulate all these', the PSP ultimate bundle totally rocks.
