(NB. The PluginBoutique link which was working earlier doesn't seem to be now)

I think this was supposed to be revealed tomorrow, but I noticed the image below on a reseller website
voltage_mod.png
and it seems the lowest synth looks very like this

Was hoping their new reveal was going to be more something to do with their Voltage Modular product, but at least this plugin is covering a synth that hasn't already been covered pretty well by others beforehand.

That's harsh. Give them a chance to download it and hate it first.

I'm waiting the Gentleclockdivider review before eventually installing the demo.
I love Voltage modular but, now, too much marketing and less QA.

can you get something that simple wrong?

Sure why not :D

This synth will probably be based on the cherry voltage modular framework , so pretty sure it will have the same issues when running at 44Khz ,
The aliasing issues when doing osc sync in ca 2600 are stilll not fixed , instead they are now selling t-shirts
https://cottonbureau.com/people/cherry-audio-1
Luckily the moog concertmate doesn't have osc sync :)
It's one company I am going to steer away from , the reaction from a cherry audio gearslutz member was out of line using a simple mocking technique and questioning my bug reports without delivering any counter evidence .
Eyeball exchanging
Soul calibrating ..frequencies

I have now installed it, using the install link on the Plugin Boutique site rather than via Cherry Audio itself directly

First impression - sounds OK, pretty basic synth really. One cool quirky feature is there's a separate poly mix from the mono one and you can set up a portamento/glide that only affects the mono source over a stable poly pad sound. The poly has that fizzy octave divider sound a bit like on classic string synths. Glad it's free because I doubt I'd feel it worth paying for this synth.
