I did not, but I am running still on Mojave and I guess this is not what you meant? I am going to skip Catalina and going directly to Big Sur, after shaving my Macbook the next days - time for a total reset. Is SM Big Sur-ready already?

What's your Windows version ? The font that is supposed to be used on that skin is "Century Gothic", which is installed with Windows 10 by default.

I would love SM very much as goto synth, I like even the old GUI, if it would not be buggy as hell. Wanted to check if something improved, but found 1st bug after 1 min. Do init patch, then Inserting distortion as FX (seems to play no role, if layer or bus), activating it and cranking drive leads to no sound. Deactivating distortion brings sound back, but distortion module is smashed then. I mean OK, it's a beta, but nevertheless the release versions are also the buggiest music SW, I ever had on my hands. This prevents me from using it. A pity, because synth architecture and sound are very outstanding.

Century Gothic was the solution...

It wasn't installed in Win 7 by default though...

Distortion as you described it confirmed on Mac Cubase 11 (10.14.6)

If the account you logged on with has a license, you'd see it at the bottom.

We don't officially support Windows 7 anymore by the way. As far as I remember, there were some libraries not compatible, so we're not supporting it.

Well, if this is gonna be your deciding criteria -after all the improvements & fixes- don't use it! switch to something else. Problem solved!

(I will look into this bug regardless)

I have a license for Synthmaster Pro, Synthmaster Player and Synthmaster One No matter with which serial number I log in, a 2.99beta is not visible.

You probably have multiple accounts. Please contact our support. Page works as expected.

SynthMaster v2.9.9 RC (Rev 10237) released: NOT a minor update though! ;)
